BEST DECISSION I EVER MADE!!! Tip-to-toe I trust them like family. I had many reservations at first but they happened to be the HIGHEST RATED AND TRUSTED when I asked Chat GPT and Google what I should do.I was a wreck try to figure out how to get my three gitls from San Diego to Hilo in Hawaii. Their pet portal is the most comprehensive and easiest to navigate. If you do not like constant communication then they are not for you. I was told before things happened what was getting ready to happen. The girls flight was going to be delayed and they would have to be boarded over night but i knew they were in good hands. I'm telling you, Ryan is the BEST and if her boss is reading this, SHE NEEDS A RAISE!! Period. Like I said, I was a mess trying to get everything but Ryan was always right there to answer my calls. If she was away from her desk she called right back. I will trust no one with flying ever unless its Starwood.

Starwood is one class act, from the first contact to the final text, they took care of Mandy and Brandies move from the USA to Thailand with ZERO issues. Everyone, from Ben in sales, to Piper, our personal assistant, acted like these were their fur babbies. They made sure everything was taken care of. The companies they worked with were the best as well. KLM Airways, the folks at Dulles and Schipol Airports, the driver who picked the girls up, the vets they worked with and the boarding facilities they used along the way were all outstanding. The end delivery with Ricted Kennels in Bangok went so well the girls looked relaxed and cared for. Thank you Starwood for making the most stressful situation and part of our move EASY! Most of all thanks for caring for Mandy and Brandie like they were your own fur babies! 🥰😍🥰😍

Sage and the team at Starwood are great. We moved our two 9 year old kitties from the US to New Zealand. They kept us on the ball, helped coordinate all of the vet visits and made sure things were ready to go for each step of the process. Our boys arrived safe and sound thanks to Starwood. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving pets internationally.

We recently used Starwood to transport our corgi, Myf, from the US to London as part of a move. Sarah and the whole Starwood team were amazing at making sure everything happened when it needed to, particularly given tight deadlines. Everyone was so helpful and communicative, and the regular updates from the CareTags while in-transit were a huge reassurance. We were even able to organise to travel on the same flight.Myf seems to have had a comfortable and safe journey - she's healthy, happy and enjoying new adventures in the UK.Can not thank Starwood enough for the peace of mind they provided in making this happen.

Making the move from Washington, USA to New Zealand was one of the biggest decisions our family has ever made, and there was no way we were leaving our fur babies behind. Starwood Pet made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and completely manageable. From the very beginning, they guided us through every step — coordinating vet appointments, handling paperwork, and making sure all requirements were met for international travel. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer our questions and keep us updated. A special shoutout to Rosemary Cann, our pet coordinator, who went above and beyond for us. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly caring. We truly felt like our pets were in the best hands with her. When it came time to drop our pets off, we received regular updates throughout their journey, including photos and notes from their handlers, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were notified when they landed safely and kept informed during the entire quarantine process as well. Starwood Pet made relocating with our animals feel effortless. We’re so grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving with their pets! Moving my dog internationally, from Texas all the way to Singapore, was honestly one of the most anxiety-inducing things I’ve ever done. I am extremely attached to my dog, Dax, a 9-year-old, 97-pound German Shepherd who is also considered a restricted breed in Singapore, so the stakes felt especially high. From the very first conversation to the moment he was at his new home with us, Starwood Pet Transport was truly exceptional.My initial contact was with Jonathan from the sales team, who was helpful and clear in explaining the process at the beginning. Once we moved forward, our pet coordinator Ryan was truly the star of this experience. She was consistently responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with all of my questions. I never once felt left in the dark, and throughout the entire journey we received regular updates and photos, which meant everything to me as a very anxious dog owner. What really stood out was how organized and seamless the entire process was. Starwood coordinated every step and worked with trusted partner companies along the way. In Texas, Jodi from Tails in the Air helped transport Dax from overnight boarding to the airport, which gave me so much peace of mind. From there through final delivery in Singapore, everything was handled with care. In Singapore, Pets2Go assisted with bringing him home, and Ophelia was absolutely fabulous. She was kind, professional, and so reassuring during such an emotional moment. Most importantly, Dax arrived safely, calm, and clearly well cared for, and that meant everything to me. If you are a nervous pet parent, especially one moving an older, large dog or a breed with additional restrictions, I truly cannot recommend Starwood Pet Transport enough. They treated Dax like more than just cargo, and I will always be grateful for that.

We used Starwood Pet Travel to relocate our pets from Las Vegas to London. The team was super knowledgable and helpful with the process, from vet visits, pet carries and all the paperwork! Even last minute, the airline cancelled my pet's flight. They reassured that everything was going to be fine, and they were rebooked within the hour. I also received updates and images along the process. They were fantastic and worth the price!

I just moved to Australia from the US to study for the next two years and I simply couldn't leave my cat behind as she's 11 and I've had her since the day she was born. Starwood was an absolute life saver!
