Moving my dog internationally, from Texas all the way to Singapore, was honestly one of the most anxiety-inducing things I’ve ever done. I am extremely attached to my dog, Dax, a 9-year-old, 97-pound German Shepherd who is also considered a restricted breed in Singapore, so the stakes felt especially high. From the very first conversation to the moment he was at his new home with us, Starwood Pet Transport was truly exceptional.My initial contact was with Jonathan from the sales team, who was helpful and clear in explaining the process at the beginning. Once we moved forward, our pet coordinator Ryan was truly the star of this experience. She was consistently responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with all of my questions. I never once felt left in the dark, and throughout the entire journey we received regular updates and photos, which meant everything to me as a very anxious dog owner. What really stood out was how organized and seamless the entire process was. Starwood coordinated every step and worked with trusted partner companies along the way. In Texas, Jodi from Tails in the Air helped transport Dax from overnight boarding to the airport, which gave me so much peace of mind. From there through final delivery in Singapore, everything was handled with care. In Singapore, Pets2Go assisted with bringing him home, and Ophelia was absolutely fabulous. She was kind, professional, and so reassuring during such an emotional moment. Most importantly, Dax arrived safely, calm, and clearly well cared for, and that meant everything to me. If you are a nervous pet parent, especially one moving an older, large dog or a breed with additional restrictions, I truly cannot recommend Starwood Pet Transport enough. They treated Dax like more than just cargo, and I will always be grateful for that.

Starwood Pet Travel is a wonderful company with great, caring, and compassionate people! They helped move our lovely dog Willow from the United States to Australia. Molly (our agent) was flexible, supportive and proactive throughout the process, especially when we were having trouble with the pet boarding center where Willow was lodged. We are also grateful to Jeary, too, for transporting Willow to where she needed to go!

We used Starwood Pet Travel to relocate our pets from Las Vegas to London. The team was super knowledgable and helpful with the process, from vet visits, pet carries and all the paperwork! Even last minute, the airline cancelled my pet's flight. They reassured that everything was going to be fine, and they were rebooked within the hour. I also received updates and images along the process. They were fantastic and worth the price!

I just moved to Australia from the US to study for the next two years and I simply couldn't leave my cat behind as she's 11 and I've had her since the day she was born. Starwood was an absolute life saver! I worked with Molly and she expertly guided us through the process of moving my cat and she truly made it a very low stress experience, which was incredible considering the stresses of everything else about moving across the globe. I moved from New York to Australia. I wanted to bring my two darling cats with me, and looking online showed me that Starwood was a very popular and reliable choice. I was extremely worried because Australia has some of the strictest biodiversity laws in the world, and my cats would need to be in quarantine in Melbourne for 10 days even if they had the proper veterinary documentation.With that being said, Starwood did a lot of the heavy lifting, and my coordinator Molly helped immensely with the process, explaining what needed to be done, and helping with the paperwork.

Thank you to Ryan at Starwood Pet Travel for coordinating our cat's relocation from Houston, TX to Abu Dhabi. We encountered some complications in the pre-travel planning stages which were outwith Starwood's control, however Ryan's knowledge and support was second to none. Once our pets were in transit I appreciated the frequent email updates informing me on the exact whereabouts of my pets which I found very reassuring. The adventure was a long one. It started way before the flight working with Sarah Whittington getting Vet appointments, travel crates and info about all three. Then on 2 November They were picked up for the ride down to Red Dog Spa Retreat, we would not see them for over a week. Sarah set up the ride, the boarding and the USDA Vet appointment. We were going through a lot, selling our business, house and car all before our trip 9 November so time was short. We went with Starwood all-inclusive package because we just could not handle one more thing and our pets are our world and we wanted them to have the best trip to France. They did have one hiccup; the day they were to fly out 11 November it was to cold and windy for them to travel so Sarah had brought them back to Red Dog for one more night. She then had to reschedule not only their ride to the airport, their flight and their trip to their new home in France. Sarah took care of everything, and they were on their way the next day and were in our arms the next day. So big thanks to Sarah and Starwood.

Our move to Spain was made easier by our friends at Starwood Pet Travel. They made the transit of our 2 french bulldogs work without a hitch. There were so many things that had to happen, they made it easy.We were able to be in contact ahead of the travel and had all of questions answered, either with just a quick call, or by scheduling a meeting. Even when our pups travel changed due to a change in the airline schedule, all went well. Cassidy kept me informed of their progress during their travel. And, beforehand, was available to help ensure that all would go according to plan. Starwood was easy to work with, explaining the process, travel immigration rules of the airlines country.Our pets were skittish on the night of arrival. That day, they had flow from Frankfurt to Madrid, gone through immigration, and then a 3 1/2 hour van ride to be brought to us. Within an hour, they were back to their old selves and have been so ever since.cWe are glad for the help of Starwood, and Cassidy in particular.I cannot do anything but recommend them. Remember, you are choosing to move, your pets are not.
