The time has come! You have a travel date confirmed, all of the documents are in order and we're just waiting on the final details.
We understand that there are a lot of moving pieces with relocating your family and pet(s). We want to touch base once more to make sure we have the most accurate information for your pet's departure and arrival.
Please make sure you email the below information to us at Europe@starwoodanimal.com:
- Name, address and phone number of the person who will be present when your pet is picked up for their travels
- Name, address and phone number of the person who will be present when your pet clears customs or is delivered to your residence
- Email address(es) of the people you would like to receive the Pet in Transit updates
- Any missing customs forms or e-ticket copies
- Any special notes about your pet regarding their care (i.e. behavioral issues, health issues, medications, etc.)
As a reminder, we may not be able to ship medication with your pet if you did not previously discuss this with your Pet Travel Support Team. Some airlines will not allow medication to travel with pets without prior approval or at all. We will not be able to ship medication or supplements that are not absolutely compulsory for your pet.
Please make sure you provide us with accurate working phone numbers since we need to be able to reach you before your pet departs and after they have arrived. :)
