The Comfort & Care Package includes:

🛡️ Enrollment & coverage under Starwood's industry-leading Pet Protection Plan. Many things outside of our or your control can delay a move. With Starwood's Pet Protection Plan you'll be covered for things like emergency vet expenses, repatriation, and trip interruption.
⭕ A CareTag, adding extra peace of mind as your pet acclimates to their new home and keeping your pet’s life organized and accessible.
✂️ Post-Travel Grooming, where we will rebate you for a trip to the groomers after your pet's arrival.
🦮 Lost Lead & Collar Coverage, where we will rebate you if your pet's lead or collar is lost during the trip (fairly common!).
👋 One change fee waived, if you need to change the itinerary after we've already requested the flight from the airline.
